Anxiety does not have to control you.

Anxiety can be a normal part of life and is a signal that something needs your attention or is important, like studying for a test or saving for an upcoming expense. Anxiety can help you act and deal with a stressful event so you can move on. Do you feel stressed or anxious often? Are you avoiding family, friends, or doing things you need to do because of your anxiety? Is your appetite or sleep impacted by your anxiety? Is it hard to concentrate or remember things?

What if you feel stressed all the time?

When you are chronically stressed or worried, feel on edge, cannot think clearly, have trouble with sleep or appetite, feel irritable or find yourself avoiding people or things that cause you stress, you may be experiencing anxiety.

Change is possible.

Together we can identify the experiences, and core beliefs that are at the heart of your anxiety, and slowly change the underlying messages in a way that helps reduce distress, increase your self-confidence so you can live the life you want.

We will focus on your strengths and use them to help you to feel more confident and learn how to cope more effectively using simple but effective skills and tools. You can find clarity about what you feel and need, communicate with others effectively and set boundaries that protect you and reduce anxiety, so you feel more balanced, confident and in control.

Things can get better. Talking helps.
